This is a beautiful shot. I admit that I haven't been home in a while, so I'm having trouble picturing exactly where that garage is. But I wonder about that harsh-looking streetwall. Could they have put space for street-level retail along there?
There will be street-level retail. This pic was taken in April I think, and you can see there along Hudson (behind the library) that there are open slots along the sidewalk. Since then they've put glazed glass over those openings and closed them in with cinderblocks from the inside of the garage, but when they are closer to finishing the tower they will be putting stores in there and opening up the retail bays.
Your typical OKC enthusiast..who's not always enthused. My mission is simple, just to agitate and provoke movers and shakers into considering the urban ramifications of public policy in Central Oklahoma.
