And where Chase will disappear by the sheer size of it. That's going to be quite a view.

Fortunately, I don't think Chase will disappear. Chase Tower is between Park Avenue and Main Street, while Devon Tower will front Sheridan Avenue, one block south of Main Street further. The effect will be sort of an "AT&T bars" effect, starting with Devon Tower, going northward where the buildings progressively get shorter.
